Xiamen Caharbor Import and Export Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive company specializing aquatic scientific research, frozen processing and export. The manufacture occupies more than 10,000 square meters and located in Xiangzhi Central Fishing Port which is one of the five-class fishing ports in China with developed fishery economy and industrial chain. It has superior sea area advantages and rich natural marine resources.

We have a team with high-quality technical management skill and hundreds of skilled production line employees. The company has a standardized clean workshop, all the products' processing are controlled under HACCP and EU standard to ensure that all food is safe and well healthy for human consumption. The refrigerating room and workshop have reached the advanced level in China, processing 200 tons of seafood daily and refrigerating more than 10,000 tons of goods. We have introduced advanced production equipment such as 3 MOON-TECH IQF lines, carbon dioxide refrigeration system, metal detector, constant temperature loading and unloading platform, water purifier and so on.

10000 MTS of cold storage at -20℃, Automatic screening equipment, Double spiral single freezing device, Efficient ice coating machine and secondary freezing device(3lines IQF of MOON-TECH), 10 screw freezing rooms, High standard water treatment system and microbiological testing laboratory.

Our workshop is strictly in accordance with the requirements of the EU standard ,full processing link is completed in Caharbor's aseptic workshop.Respectively from raw material Pretreatment, Size, Glazing, Select quality then Packaging.

● Services

Caharbor has always been adhering to the "Service first, customer foremost" philosophy so that each of our customer can enjoy exceptional service. In order to guarantee it, behind the service there is a professional team and mature service system running in the company.

From fishing to frozen, our in-process quality control personnel will follow and supervise the whole process, and distinguish the quality of the product by looking, touching, smelling, cutting, testing and so on.

Details: randomly check 2-3 boxes of goods in each pallet, record the data (grams, bars, weights, thawed quality, etc.) and send photos to customers. -20℃ cold chain transportation is applied to ensure that the product will reach the final destination in the best condition.

Our supporting documents department will draw up a set of draft copies for the customer to confirm, then sign the original copies quickly, and scan them to the customer's mailbox before mailing. We will keep following up and reminding the customer of ETA to get ready to pick up the product without wasting the unnecessary cost and time at the port.

In particular, we welcome suggestions and advice on future service as well as the administration and management of Caharbor. Your participation is critical to our success.
