Precooked Skipjack Loins
The skipjack tuna is the most heavily fished tuna and accounts for at least 60% of the legally caught tuna landed worldwide. This species lives in tropical latitudes of all oceans and is fished commercially everywhere that it is found.
Skipjack is the species most commonly used in canned tuna. It is mainly sold as “canned light” or “chunk light” tuna
Processing

To make the precooked mackerel fillet, the mackerel fillet will be cleaned from its head, skin, tails, bone, blood line and other unwanted parts.

To make this precooked mackerel fillet, the mackerel fillet that is already cut then put inside the precooked machine. This machine will use smoke to cook the mackerel fillet in suitable temperature and duration inside vacuumed condition. After the mackerel fillet is cooked then it will be cool down before taken to the next production line.

The last production line that the precooked mackerel fillet will enter is the packaging and freezing line. In this line the precooked mackerel fillet will be packed individually with vacuumed packaging.

Details: randomly check 2-3 boxes of goods in each pallet, record the data (grams, bars, weights, thawed quality, etc.) and send photos to customers. -20℃ cold chain transportation is applied to ensure that the product will reach the final destination in the best condition.
Our supporting documents department will draw up a set of draft copies for the customer to confirm, then sign the original copies quickly, and scan them to the customer's mailbox before mailing. We will keep following up and reminding the customer of ETA to get ready to pick up the product without wasting the unnecessary cost and time at the port.
