Cooking methods

- Sashimi and Sushi: Due to its delicate and smooth texture, it is often used to make sashimi and sushi, and is a high-end ingredient in Japanese cuisine.
- Pan-Fried Yellowtail: Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, quick and easy to prepare. Key steps: Marinate the fish with salt, pepper, and cooking wine for 15 minutes; lightly coat the surface with cornstarch (to lock in moisture); pan-fry in a little oil over medium-low heat until golden brown on both sides. Sprinkle with salt and pepper or cumin for added aroma before serving.
