What is the normal frozen methods? What is the difference?

There are two places, one is called land frozen (frozen in processing plant), the other is called sea frozen (frozen on board). U can say the plant is moved to sea, all processing steps and finished on boat. These two methods have different effects on the quality of the fish. Sea frozen is the fish caught by boat then freeze fish when it still living condition. And frozen on factory, the fish should be soak on ice water after a while.
