Spot Sardine
Small, fresh sardines has a delicate sweet flavour while larger sardines has a more full oily flavour. Grilling sardine with olive oil, lemon and salt is good to enjoy the rich flavor.

Sardine is more commonly used for producing canned sardine. It is also used as bait to catch fish.
Rich-oil fish is excellent, sardines are greasier, more energetic and with more liposoluble vitamins than white fish. Apart from the fat, sardines have a high nutrition effect: they contain 18% of proteins, 74% of water, vitamins A, D, B2, B3 and several minerals as sodium, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium and iron.
