Precooked tuna is manually cleaned and finely trimmed according to product specifications.
Precooked skipjack flake is the small piece of the left during produce the loins. It is the same quality with loins, just the different shape.
Application
Precooked skipjack flake usually sells to the canning factory. It usually sells with loins together (90% loins+10% flake).
After the factory process in can, loins will be called canned tuna chunk and flake will be called canned tuna shredded.
Precooked skipjack flake can not only for human consumption, but also can be used for producing the can for pet.
