How Caharbor keep best fresh round scad?
After the round scad is caught and brought on board, we will freeze it at low temperature on board to lock in the meat and moisture of the seafood.
This is called sea frozen.
After catching, we will process it, using traditional -18 degrees Celsius freezing and advanced ultra-low temperature freezing. This is called land frozen.
We will maximize the freshness and nutritional value of seafood and extend the shelf life of seafood.
