China Has Exported 2.951 Billion US Dollars Of Aquatic And Seafood Products

According to Chinese customs statistics, in February, China's exports of aquatic and seafood products and products were $1.285 billion, up 26.89% year on year; Exports amounted to 231,600 tons, up 32.94 percent year on year.

In the first two months, China's total exports of seafood and aquatic products were 2.951 billion US dollars, down 13.31% year on year. Exports were 528,700 tons, down 4.75 percent year on year.

In terms of market, in the first two months, the top ten countries/regions in terms of exports of seafood and seafood products were Japan, the United States, South Korea, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, the Philippines, Germany and Vietnam, which accounted for 74.3% of the exports of this product.

In the first two months of this year, Japan was the most important market for the export of seafood and seafood products, with exports reaching $486 million, down 15.24 percent year on year. In February, exports were $202 million, up 46.29 percent from a year earlier.
