Decided to implement a fishing ban system. The notice is as follows:

No Fishing Period No fishing period: from 00:00 on May 1, 2023 to September 16, 2023.

No fishing area No fishing area: all rivers, reservoirs and other natural waters within the county.

Three, prohibited operation types

(1) Types of prohibition: All fishing operations are prohibited within the prescribed prohibited fishing areas and periods.

(2) It is prohibited to sell, purchase or process the fish caught during the period and within the prohibited fishing zone; If it is necessary to catch economic fish cultivated in artificial culture during the period of prohibited fishing, it shall be reported to the competent fisheries department at or above the fishing vessel level for approval and for the record. Where the harvesting of natural fishery resources is necessary for scientific research, domestication and breeding, approval shall be obtained from the competent fishery department at or above the provincial level; It is prohibited to use electric fish, poisonous fish, fried fish and other methods to destroy fishery resources. It is prohibited to use ground cage nets, trap nets and labyrinth array for fishing; Publicity, manufacture and sale of prohibited fishing gear are prohibited.

(3) Only one person is allowed to use one rod, one line and one hook (single hook) for recreational fishing; Fishing is prohibited in the protected areas of drinking water sources. Those who violate the relevant provisions of this circular shall be punished in accordance with the Fisheries Law of the People's Republic of China; If the circumstances are serious enough to constitute a crime, the public security organ shall investigate the criminal responsibility in accordance with the provisions of the Criminal Law. Obstructing or hindering fishery administration law enforcement personnel from performing their duties according to law. The public security organs shall, in accordance with the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Penalties for Public Security Administration" and the "Criminal Law," respectively, impose penalties and investigate criminal responsibilities. The general public should firmly establish the awareness of abiding by laws and regulations and protecting fishery resources, and consciously resist all kinds of illegal fishing. Any unit or individual should report to agriculture and rural departments and public security organs in a timely manner once they find clues of illegal fishing.
