Frozen Seabass

The back and ventral surface are blunt round, with the back arc curved larger. The snout is pointed and short. The eyes are the same size, and the front side is superior. Mouth equal in size, slightly inclined, mandible protruding, slightly longer than maxilla. Posterior end of maxilla enlarged below posterior margin of orbit. The operculum has a small flat spine. The two dorsal fins are connected at the base, the first dorsal fin with 7 ~ 8 hard spines, the second dorsal fin with 11 ~ 12 soft strips. The upper part of the body color is tan, the lower part is silver white. The caudal fin is rounded. The body is blue gray, the back of the kiss and the septum of the eyes are brown. Pectoral fin colorless. The other fins are grayish brown.
