1.Pre-treat raw materials
The raw materials are fresh squid or Frozen squid. The pretreatment steps are: after the squid is washed, removed the squid head, internal organs, skin and tail fin, and then the squid tube is cleaned, and the squid tube is sorted and selected according to the size and quality of the squid.

2.Soaking
According to the proportion of squid, water, EU treatment additive, soaking time is 10~14 hours, and the temperature is controlled at 2°C~5°C.
3.Forming
Wash the soaked squid with 2°C~5°C low-temperature clean water, clean it and cut it into a squid ring shape, usually 3-7cm in diameter and 1-1.5cm in thickness.

4.Blanching Treatment
Put the squid rings into a blanching machine for blanching, the blanching temperature is between 80°C~90°C, and the blanching time is 5~10 seconds; The blanched squid rings are cooled in ice water at 0~4°c, and then placed on a clean drain rack to drain; then cleaned again.
5.Individual Freezing
Send the cleaned squid to the IQF freezing machine below -35°C for quick freezing.

6.Glazing
According customer’s request ,protect glazing,10%, 20%, 30%. 40%, 45%,50% glazing to repeated freezing.
7.Quick-freezing
Take out squid ring on the plate and enter the quick-freezing room, the quick-freezing time is more than 3 hours; the center temperature below -18°C before leaving the frozen.

8.Packing
Take the frozen squid out of the freeze, weigh and package, the above is the weight part.
