👉 Ingredients:
Tilapia, onion, shredded ginger, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, white pepper, Shaoxing wine, salt, chopped rosemary.
👉 Instructions:
1. Scale, remove the viscera and gills of the tilapia, and clean. Use a knife to make several diagonal cuts on the tilapia to help it absorb the flavor.
2. Place the tilapia in a bowl and add a small amount of dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt, sugar, white pepper, onion, shredded ginger, and chopped rosemary. Marinate for about 30 minutes.
3. Line a baking sheet with tin foil, place the marinated fish on top, spread the marinade all over the fish, and drizzle with a little sauce.
4. Preheat the oven to 220°C and bake. The exact time depends on the size of the fish. A medium-sized tilapia will take about 25 minutes. If the sauce has dried up, remove the fish and drizzle it over the fish. Repeat to keep the fish moist.
