Fried round scad

Ingredients:

Round scad 2 pcs

ginger slice, scallion, cooking wine, soy sauce, vinegar, salt

1. Clean up the scad and add some salt inner and outer

2. Shred scallion

3. Fry the ginger slice and scallion

4. Dry the round scad with kitchen napkins

5. Fry it with medium heat until turn golden color, then change to gentle heat.

6. Pour cooking wine and half bowl of water and cook with medium heat, then pour soy sauce, vinegar and fried ginger slice

7. Decorate with some scallion
