
Frozen Cockle Meat
It is a mollusk of the order Corydalis and the genus Corydalis. Also known as shellsnail, cockle, oil clam. The flower carapace is oval, the shell is longer than the shell height, and the top of the shell is located near the center of the dorsal margin, slightly inclined to the leading edge. The surface of the shell is light yellowish-brown, the growth lines are fine, and the brown lines are interwoven into a diamond grid. There is a round of light brown spots parallel to the growth line near the edge of the shell. The inner surface of the shell is porcelain white, the hinge part is narrow, and there are main teeth. The ligaments are long and located behind the roof of the shell.
